Cinema has always been a big part of my life, shaping my love for storytelling, composition, and visual design. For a larger project, I created a set of illustrated movie posters. This was a fun exploration in minimalist storytelling, composition, and symbolism to distill each film’s essence into a single graphic.
Design Approach
Rather than simply recreating existing posters, I took a symbolic, minimalist approach, focusing on:
🎥 Iconic moments & themes – Each poster distills the film’s atmosphere into a single striking image.
🎨 Cohesive visual style – A warm, textural color palette with strong silhouettes creates a unified series.
🖌️ Hand-illustrated details – Each piece was carefully crafted to balance simplicity and depth.
